Maui Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 19 oz can crushed pineapple
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Johnston’s Pork Chops

Instructions
 

  • Put sauce ingredients into a bowl and stir.
  • Add pork chops and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Place chops on grill over medium heat.
  • Turn and baste every 3 to 4 minutes until cooked, about 12 - 15 minutes.
  • Heat remaining marinade in a saucepan.
  • Simmer for a few minutes and serve with pork chops.

    How long if baking in the oven? And at what temperature? Thanks!

      Hi Lorna,

      Depending on the thickness of the chops, we recommend baking at 375°F for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperatures reach 145°F. After removing the chops, wrap in foil and let rest for 5 minutes before eating.
