Autumn Apple Chops
Courtesy of National Pork Board Yield: Serves 4 Calories per serving: 194 Fat per serving: 7 g Ingredients - 4 Johnston’s Top Loin Pork Chops
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Butter
- ½ Onion, sliced
- 1 Cup Apple Juice
Cooking Directions - Season flour with a little salt and pepper; lightly flour pork chops and brown on one side in butter in non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Turn chops; stir in onion and apple juice; bring to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
