Stir the applesauce, water, butter, celery and raisins in a medium bowl. Add the stuffing and stir lightly to coat. Spoon the stuffing mixture into an 11x8-inch (2-quart) shallow baking dish. Arrange the pork chops over the stuffing. Sprinkle paprika over the chops.
Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Top with apple slices, if desired.
