Baked Pork Chops with Apple Raisin Stuffing

Easy & delicious one-dish meal.

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Applesauce
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 Celery Stalk, chopped (about ½ Cup)
  • 2 Tbsp Raisins
  • 4 Cups Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 4 Boneless Johnston’s Pork Chops (¾ inch thick)
  • Paprika or Ground Cinnamon
  • Apple Slices (optional)

Cooking Directions

  1. Stir the applesauce, water, butter, celery and raisins in a medium bowl. Add the stuffing and stir lightly to coat. Spoon the stuffing mixture into an 11x8-inch (2-quart) shallow baking dish. Arrange the pork chops over the stuffing. Sprinkle paprika over the chops.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Top with apple slices, if desired.
