Barbecued Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 Johnston’s Pork Chops
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs (Spike or Mrs. Dash)
  • 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Salt

Cooking Directions

  1. Place pork chops in a flat dish while still frozen.
  2. Mix soy sauce, garlic powder, mixed herbs and seasoning salt together.
  3. Pour over pork chops. Shake additional herbs and seasoning salt on top. Set container in refrigerator to marinade at least 2 hours.
  4. Grill on low heat on the barbecue. Takes approximately 10 minutes per side.
