Cheesy Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Onion, chopped
  • ½ Cup Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs (1¼ slices)
  • Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1¾ lbs Johnston’s Ground Pork
  • 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Cooking Directions

  1. Cook onion and green pepper in small amounts of boiling water until tender; drain.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add ground pork, mixing well. Shape into loaf in baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1-1½ hours.
  4. Also tastes delicious chilled.
