Cheesy Meatloaf
Courtesy of Alice May Macdonald Ingredients - ½ Cup Onion, chopped
- ½ Cup Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs (1¼ slices)
- Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- ¼ tsp Garlic Salt
- 1¾ lbs Johnston’s Ground Pork
- 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Cooking Directions - Cook onion and green pepper in small amounts of boiling water until tender; drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add ground pork, mixing well. Shape into loaf in baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 1-1½ hours.
- Also tastes delicious chilled.
