Crustless Quiche

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms
  • 1 Small Onion, chopped
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 4 Tbsp Flour
  • ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Cup Monterey Jack Cheese
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 - 2 Cups Johnston’s Ham, chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. Sauté mushrooms and onion in butter
  2. Mix other ingredients except cheddar, Monterey jack and ham
  3. Fold in cheeses and ham
  4. Pour into 10” buttered pie plate. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes
