Glazed Cottage Roll

Ingredients

  • 4-5 lbs Cottage Roll
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Grated Orange Rind

Cooking Directions

  1. Cover cottage roll in its poly film wrapper with water. Pick several times.
  2. Simmer 1 ¼ hours. Remove wrapper.
  3. Place cottage roll on rack in shallow pan; cover with glaze.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with glaze.
