Maui Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 19 oz Can Crushed Pineapple
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients into a bowl and stir to make the sauce.
  2. dd pork chops and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Place chops on grill over medium heat. Turn and baste every 3-4 minutes until cooked, about 12-15 minutes.
  4. Heat remaining marinade in a saucepan. Simmer for a few minutes and serve with pork chops.
