Orange Glazed Meat Loaf
Ingredients - 1 ½ lb Ground Pork
- 1 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 Medium Onion, chopped
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Cloves
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ¼ Cup Orange Juice
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 6 Orange Slices
Cooking Directions - Mix together ground pork, oats, egg, onion, marjoram, salt, cloves, pepper, orange juice and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and mustard on bottom of loaf pan. Top with orange slices. Press ground pork mixture firmly into loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes after removal from oven. Invert on heated platter.
- Serve hot or chilled.
