Orange Glazed Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb Ground Pork
  • 1 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cloves
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 6 Orange Slices

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix together ground pork, oats, egg, onion, marjoram, salt, cloves, pepper, orange juice and lemon juice.
  2. Sprinkle brown sugar and mustard on bottom of loaf pan. Top with orange slices. Press ground pork mixture firmly into loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes after removal from oven. Invert on heated platter.
  4. Serve hot or chilled.
