Ingredients

  • 1 Johnston’s Top Loin Pork Chops
  • 1/3 Cup Orange Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey Mustard

Cooking Directions

  1. In non-stick skillet, brown chops on one side over medium-high heat; turn chops; stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Lower heat; simmer covered for 6-8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
