Oven Barbecued Ribs II

Yield: 4 - 6 Servings

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Ketchup
  • ½ Cup Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 obs Johnston’s Pork Spareribs
  • ¾ Cup Water
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Small Onion, diced finely
  • 1 Large Garlic Clove, diced

Cooking Directions

  1. Brown pork ribs.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over browned ribs.
  3. Bake at 250°F for 3 hours.
