Oven Barbecued Ribs II
Yield: 4 - 6 Servings Ingredients - ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Ketchup
- ½ Cup Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 obs Johnston’s Pork Spareribs
- ¾ Cup Water
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Small Onion, diced finely
- 1 Large Garlic Clove, diced
Cooking Directions - Brown pork ribs.
- Combine sauce ingredients and pour over browned ribs.
- Bake at 250°F for 3 hours.
