Ingredients

  • 4 Johnston’s Top Loin Pork Chops, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 4 Tbsp Peach Preserves

Cooking Directions

  1. Toss pork with taco seasoning
  2. Lightly brown pork in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
  3. Stir in salsa and preserves, bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer 8-10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F
