Peachy Pork Picante
Courtesy of National Pork Board Yield: Serves 4 Calories per serving: 214 Fat per serving: 5.6 g Ingredients - 4 Johnston’s Top Loin Pork Chops, cubed
- 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 Cup Salsa
- 4 Tbsp Peach Preserves
Cooking Directions - Toss pork with taco seasoning
- Lightly brown pork in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
- Stir in salsa and preserves, bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer 8-10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F
