Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients

  • 6 Johnston’s Pork Chops
  • 1 Cup Uncooked Rice
  • 1 Package Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Can Mushrooms, with liquid

Cooking Directions

  1. Brown 6 pork chops.
  2. Put 1 cup uncooked rice in roasting pan.
  3. Sprinkle 1 pakcage soup mix over rice.
  4. Drain 1 can mushrooms (keep liquid) and put over rice.
  5. Add water to mushroom liquid to make 3 cups. Pour over rice.
  6. Place browned pork chops on top. Cover.
  7. Cook 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
