Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients
- 6 Johnston’s Pork Chops
- 1 Cup Uncooked Rice
- 1 Package Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Can Mushrooms, with liquid
Cooking Directions
- Brown 6 pork chops.
- Put 1 cup uncooked rice in roasting pan.
- Sprinkle 1 pakcage soup mix over rice.
- Drain 1 can mushrooms (keep liquid) and put over rice.
- Add water to mushroom liquid to make 3 cups. Pour over rice.
- Place browned pork chops on top. Cover.
- Cook 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
