Pork Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 lbs Minced Ground Pork
  • ½ Cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Large Egg, beaten
  • ½ Can Sweet & Sour Juice
  • ½ Can Tomato Juice

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine pork, onion, salt, pepper, ginger, and eggs; form into meatballs.
  2. Brown meatballs and drain excess fat.
  3. Add sweat and sour sauce and tomato juice; bring to a boil.
  4. You may substitute tomato juice for a full can of sweat and sour sauce.
