Sausage and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb
Pork Sausage
1 Cup
Celery, chopped
1 Cup
Rice, uncooked
2 Cups
Water
1 Cup
Onion, chopped
2 Cans (10 oz)
Cream of Chicken Soup
Cooking Directions
Preheat over to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients well and put in a large casserole dish.
Cover and bake 1 hour, stirring a couple times during baking.
Remove cover, spoon accumulated fat off the top of casserole.
Return to oven and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.
