Sausage and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Sausage
  • 1 Cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 Cup Rice, uncooked
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 Cans (10 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat over to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients well and put in a large casserole dish.
  3. Cover and bake 1 hour, stirring a couple times during baking.
  4. Remove cover, spoon accumulated fat off the top of casserole.
  5. Return to oven and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.
