Seven Layer Casserole Dinner

Yield: 4 to 6 Servings

Ingredients

  • Layer of Sliced Raw Potato
  • Layer of Sliced Carrots
  • 1 Tin (398ml) Canned Peas, with juice
  • 1 Can (284ml) Tomato Soup (plus 1 Can Water)
  • Layer of Sliced Onion
  • Layer of sliced onion
  • ¼ Cup Rice, uncooked
  • Layer of Pork Sausage

Cooking Directions

  1. Grease casserole dish well, place ingredients in casserole in order given and cover with a can of tomato soup and one can of water.
  2. Bake at 350°F for approximately 2 - 2 ½ hours.
  3. Helpful hint: Casserole or small roaster with lid is appropriate.
