Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Mix five spice, white peppers and kosher salt and rub all over pork belly
  2. Leave uncovered in refrigerator for 24 hours
  3. Roast at 350F for 1.5-2 hours or until skin is crispy. Let rest before serving
  4. Julienne (match stick) rainbow carrot and radish
  5. Mix fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, juice and zest of lime
  6. Mix hoisin and mayonnaise
Assembly
  1. Slice pork belly lengthwise 1/4 thick
  2. Split and warm baguette in oven at 350F till mini baguettes are warmed through
  3. Spread hoisin mayo on both halves of baguette
  4. Place pork belly on bottom half
  5. Mix julienne vegetables with fish sauce dressing and place on top of pork belly
  6. Garnish with cilantro sprigs and sliced jalapeno
  7. Serves 6 delicious sandwiches
