Bacon Carbonara

  • 3 slices Johnston’s Bacon diced
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 cups pasta of choice cooked (linguini is a favourite)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parmesan
  • parsley or chives chopped


  • Cook chopped bacon in hot pan. Do not throw away the fat.
  • Add cream and cook for a little to mix the flavours.
  • Add cooked pasta; toss & mix.
  • Add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Plate pasta. Add freshly grated parmesan & chives/parsley.
