- 3 slices Johnston’s Bacon diced
- 1 cup cream
- 2 cups pasta of choice cooked (linguini is a favourite)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parmesan
- parsley or chives chopped
- Cook chopped bacon in hot pan. Do not throw away the fat.
- Add cream and cook for a little to mix the flavours.
- Add cooked pasta; toss & mix.
- Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Plate pasta. Add freshly grated parmesan & chives/parsley.
