Barbecued Pork Chops

  • 4-6 Johnston’s Pork Chops 1" thick
  • cup soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs (Spike or Mrs. Dash)
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt


  • Mix soy sauce, garlic powder, mixed herbs and seasoning salt together
  • Pour over pork chops. Shake additional herbs and seasoning salt on top. Set container in refrigerator to marinade at least 2 hours
  • Grill pork chops n med-high heat on the barbecue for about 4-6 minutes per side until temperature reads 140°F
  • Remove chops from the barbecue and let rest for 5 mins before serving. Enjoy!
