Critical Information for you when planning your visit to the BBQ *OFF* the Bypass: It’s ALL about the food baby!

Meat sampling times:
11:00am Chicken
12:00pm Ribs
1:00pm Pulled Pork
2:00pm Beef Brisket

There are LOTS of samples in between those times but that is when the teams will be sending their food in to the judges.
