Johnston’s receives the Encaptis Innovation Award!
Johnston’s was awarded the Encaptis Innovation Award for embracing innovation by utilizing technology to further our competitive advantage and to better our customers in our recent re-engineering of sales and fulfilment process project. The goal of the project was to streamline the sales and fulfilment data flow and to provide automation and flexibility on the processing floor.
With Johnston’s vision assisting project manager Cristian and the development team, they were able to deliver the important innovative solution that Johnston’s required that included utilizing touch screen technology on the floor while extending the SAP application with barcode handheld scanners for mobile inventory management on the floor and within the coolers and freezer.
