Glazed Cottage Ham

- 4-5 lbs Cottage Ham
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- Cover cottage ham in its poly film wrapper with water. Pick several times.
- Simmer 1 ¼ hours. Remove wrapper.
- Place cottage ham on rack in shallow pan; cover with glaze.
- Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with glaze.
