All meals are prepared by Executive Chef Jay with fresh ingredients and in-house prepared sauces!

Refrigerated and ready to serve after heating. Can also be frozen and reheated.

Pork Korma – Authentic in-house sauce of coconut milk, spices, tomato and garlic mix with Johnston’s Premium Pork Tenderloin marinated in creamy yogurt, served with naan and Basmati rice

Butter Chicken (Gluten Free) – Authentic in-house sauce of butter, spices, tomato and ginger-garlic mix with tender marinated chicken, served with naan (not gluten free) and Basmati rice

Meat Lasagna – Fresh pasta layered high with nonna rosa tomato meat sauce, creamy ricotta, topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, oven baked & served with Texas garlic toast

Vegetarian Lasagna – Fresh pasta layered high with nonna rosa creamy tomato pomodoro rose sauce, roasted vegetable medley, creamy ricotta, topped with three cheese and Parmesan cheese, oven baked & served with Texas garlic toast

Bcon Mac ‘N’ Cheese – Outrageously cheesy macaroni pasta simmered in an ultra creamy sauce with three cheese blend and topped with Johnston’s premium smoked bacon

BBQ Baby Back Ribs – Grandpar Don’s tender, fall-off-the-bone signature baby back ribs glazed with Embassy signature smokey BBQ sauce served with creamy roasted garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli

Honey Garlic Pork – Authentic in-house delicious sticky honey garlic sauce with honey, spices, ginger, and garlic mixed with tender marinated Johnston’s premium pork. Served with broccoli, carrots, and basmatic rice
