Source: National Pork Board
Servings 4

  • 1 lb Johnston’s Pork Tenderloin thinly sliced
  • 2-3 tbsp fajita seasoning or marinade
  • ½ onion sliced
  • ½ green pepper sliced
  • 4-6 flour tortillas warmed

  • In a shallow bowl, toss pork pieces with fajita seasoning.
  • In large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry pork pieces with onion and green pepper until all is just tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Wrap portions in flour tortillas with salsa.
  • Helpful Hint: Placing pork tenderloin in freezer for about 20 minutes makes slicing easier.
