Ingredients
Bacon Butter
Bacon Oil
  • 2 strips bacon cooked well & dried of excess grease
  • 2 cups olive oil

Instructions
Bacon Butter
  1. Beat butter in a mixer and slowly add rest of ingredients
  2. Use melon baller, piping bag, or roll into a tube and cut to portion butter
  3. Place in fridge for 5 min to firm
  4. To store, keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze portioned to use when needed
  5. Great on top of cooked meat or vegetable, or add to mashed potatoes, or whatever your bacon-loving heart desires
Bacon Oil
  1. Chop up bacon and add to sauce pan with oil
  2. Carefully bring to rolling boil, simmer for 2 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and set for 10 minutes
  4. Strain oil into container with lid and discard bacon
  5. Label and keep in fridge for up to 1 month
  6. Enjoy oil for dressings or use in lieu of cooking oil for any desired recipes
