Is Johnstown’s ham precooked. Is it brined , smoked, and or cured? I am a little confused. I am going to Sous vide the ham for 18 hours but I am starting to second that?

      Hey there,
Great question! This ham is pre-cooked, smoked and cured. It’s not recommended to Sous vide for longer than 3 – 8 hours.

      Thank you for supporting local!
