Marinate for 2 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375°F. Keep melted butter warm and add garlic, onion powder, and parsley to make the garlic butter and set aside. Roast pork loin in the oven for 45-60 minutes until temperature 160°F. Let rest for 5-10 minutes, slice and add melted garlic butter to pork loin to serve.
