Orange Mustard Pork Chop Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 2-4 Johnston’s Pork Chops
  • cup orange juice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard

Instructions
 

  • In non-stick skillet, brown chops on one side over medium-high heat; turn chops; stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Lower heat; simmer covered for 6-8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
