Ingredients
- layer of sliced raw potato
- layer of sliced carrots
- layer of pork sausage
- 1/4 cup rice uncooked
- layer of sliced onion
- 1 can (398ml) canned peas with juice
- 1 can (284ml) tomato soup (plus 1 Can Water)

Instructions
- Grease casserole dish well, place ingredients in casserole in order given and cover with a can of tomato soup and one can of water.
- Bake at 350°F for approximately 2 - 2 ½ hours.
- Helpful hint: Casserole or small roaster with lid is appropriate.

Not sure with directions: place ingredients in order given and then says top with soup? Do we use soup twice? Thanks
