Smoked Pork Tenderloin, Bocconcini & Tomato Skewers

  1. Place one piece basil, tomato, Bocconcini and smoked tenderloin on each skewer so the tenderloin is the last piece acting as a base to keep the skewers upright
  2. Drizzle balsamic reduction over serving platter then place each skewer on the platter on top of the reduction
