Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Mix minced pork and grated cheese together
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the tenderloin-cheese mixture. Place stuffed mushroom on a lined baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 15 minutes then broil until cheese starts to brown
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional)
