Mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper, chipotle. Sauté diced Johnston’s Chorizo and chives. Add cheeses to tart shells, add Johnston’s Chorizo and chives, fill with egg and milk mix and bake until firm (12 minutes T 325° F).
