Sweet and Sour Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs Johnston’s Baby Back Ribs
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Flour spareribs and fry quickly
  • Pour sauce over ribs and simmer, covered for 1 hour at 350°F
  • Thicken sauce with 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Add pineapple chunks, if desired
