Slow Cooked Whiskey Glazed Ham

- 1 Johnston's Bone-In Ham
- 1/2 cup whiskey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- salt & pepper
- 2 tsp favourite spices
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- Add bone in ham to crock pot and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- For the glaze, bring the whiskey to a boil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Whisk ingredients. Simmer and reduce, stirring occasionally.
- Remove ham from the crock pot onto a cooking tray. Tear and cut the ham into pieces. Glaze the ham generously.
- Place the glazed ham in the oven on low broil for 5 to 10 minutes.
