Smoked Pork Tenderloin, Bocconcini & Tomato Skewers

  • 6 mini wooden skewers
  • Johnston’s Smoked Pork Tenderloin cut into 6 bite-sized pieces
  • 6 mini Bocconcini balls
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • flavoured balsamic reduction


  • Place one piece basil, tomato, Bocconcini and smoked tenderloin on each skewer so the tenderloin is the last piece acting as a base to keep the skewers upright
  • Drizzle balsamic reduction over serving platter then place each skewer on the platter on top of the reduction
