Angie Quaale, BC’s Queen of BBQ, will kick off the 2012 Canadian BBQ season with style on Friday with final judging & awards on Sunday. Sample delicious BBQ fares from 23 BBQ teams in 4 traditional BBQ categories: Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken, and Ribs on Saturday & Sunday. And of course, all competitors will be using the very best pork, Johnston’s Fresh, Local, Quality pork, when creating their incredible BBQ!
