This is the recipe for the BBQ Buttermilk Salad Dressing that Angie Quaale made on Global BC Morning News this morning, Friday, August 30. She used it to dress a grilled romaine salad with Johnston’s Bacon “Croutons” & fresh Parmesan.
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp PURA Sweeteners Agave syrup
1 garlic clove, finely minced
½ tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
½ cup your favorite BBQ sauce
Combine all the ingredients together and whisk vigorously to combine
