Pork Chops and Rice

- 4-6 Johnston’s Pork Chops
- salt and pepper or seasoning of choice to taste
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 can mushrooms with liquid
Season pork chops with salt and pepper or seasoning of choice. Brown pork chops over medium-high heat.
Put 1 cup uncooked rice in roasting pan.
Sprinkle 1 package soup mix over rice.
Drain 1 can mushrooms (keep liquid) and put over rice.
Add water to mushroom liquid to make 2 1/4 cups. Pour over rice.
Place browned pork chops on top. Cover.
Cook 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
