Finely crush about 3 cups Jalapeño Cheese flavoured Crunchies. This also works well with flavoured tortilla chips such as Doritos.
Add salt, pepper, and crunchies to medium size mixing bowl.
Coat tenderloins with mustard.
One at a time, firmly pat crunchies mix onto tenderloin, giving a breaded look.
Heat oil in skillet to med/high heat.
Carefully place tenderloin onto skillet and sear on all sides, being careful not to rub off the coating.
Reduce heat to low/med and cook to 150°F, or desired doneness.
Let rest then slice and serve.
