Tangy Mustard Pork

- 1 lb Pork Loin cut in cubes
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak spice
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp green onion chopped
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup prepared yellow mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white vinegar
Add garlic powder, Montreal steak spice, oil, and green onion to pork and marinate for 2 hours
In a sauce pan, over medium heat, stir together all sauce ingredients and bring to a boil
Add pork pieces to sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes until desired doneness
Serve over rice with vegetables
