Mix the oil, Moroccan rub, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and rub all over the pork loin. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Keep melted butter warm and add garlic, onion powder, and parsley to make the garlic butter and set aside.
Roast pork loin in the oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes until internal temperature 140°F is reached.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes and then slice.
Pour melted garlic butter over sliced pork, garnish, and serve.
