Pressure Cooker Baby Back Ribs

- 2 to 3 racks Johnston’s Baby Back Ribs
- 1 can Dr Pepper
- 1 can Sprite
- 1 can beer of choice
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp seasoning salt
- 1 Tbsp Johnston's Greek Rub
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- ⅓ cup bbq sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
Mix all ingredients except the baby back ribs
Place the ribs in the pressure cooker
Pour the mixed ingredients over the ribs
Cook in pressure cooker on low for 30 minutes
Remove from pressure cooker and place in the oven under broil for 10-15 minutes
Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes
Serve with rice, slaw or side of choice
