Asian Style Pork Meatloaf

- 2 lbs Johnston's Ground Pork
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chinese five spice
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ yellow onion diced
- 3 eggs
- dry roasted peanuts optional
Glaze
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 Tbsp sriracha hot sauce
Mix all the meatloaf ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 min to an hour
Whisk glaze ingredients together
Preheat oven to 375⁰F
Form meat mixture into a loaf shape and bake for 40 mins or until internal temp of 160⁰F
Remove loaf from oven and brush on glaze and return to oven for 5 mins to allow the glaze to set
Take the meat loaf from oven and let sit for 5 mins
Garnish with chopped dry roasted peanuts, slice and serve
You can use leftover glaze as a dipping sauce
