Ingredients

diced bacon
rendered out and drained
2
cups
whipping cream
4
oz
butter
½
cup
sugar
½
cup
hazelnuts
roasted, peeled & chopped
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes till syrupy
The mixture will thicken as it cools
Serve warm or cold.
