Maui Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 19 oz Can Crushed Pineapple
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Put sauce ingredients into a bowl and stir.
  2. Add pork chops and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Place chops on grill over medium heat.
  4. Turn and baste every 3 to 4 minutes until cooked, about 12 - 15 minutes.
  5. Heat remaining marinade in a saucepan.
  6. Simmer for a few minutes and serve with pork chops.
