Bacon Fried Rice

- 2 cups prepared sushi rice
- ½ tsp dried tarragon
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 strips bacon chopped
- 2 Tbsp low sodium soya sauce
Dice bacon and cook in pan until browned, and drain bacon fat
In another frying pan, melt margarine and add cooked rice to fry pan. Add cooked bacon, green onion, tarragon and soya sauce, mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
