Bacon Fried Rice

  • 2 cups prepared sushi rice
  • ½ tsp dried tarragon
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 strips bacon chopped
  • 2 Tbsp low sodium soya sauce


  • Dice bacon and cook in pan until browned, and drain bacon fat
  • In another frying pan, melt margarine and add cooked rice to fry pan. Add cooked bacon, green onion, tarragon and soya sauce, mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
