Barbecued Pork Chops

- 4-6 Johnston’s Pork Chops 1" thick
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (Spike or Mrs. Dash)
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
Mix soy sauce, garlic powder, mixed herbs and seasoning salt together
Pour over pork chops. Shake additional herbs and seasoning salt on top. Set container in refrigerator to marinade at least 2 hours
Grill pork chops n med-high heat on the barbecue for about 4-6 minutes per side until temperature reads 140°F
Remove chops from the barbecue and let rest for 5 mins before serving. Enjoy!
