Instructions
Take out your amazing ham and score the top, 1 inch cubes
Make sure all the seasoning get down into the cuts of your ham
Roll your smoker at 275-325 degrees F. Your ham is already cooked so you just want to get some smoke and bring it to 125 degrees F, internal temp.
After 1.5 hours, you’ll mist the ham with your apple cinnamon spritz
After 1.5-2 hours you’ll mop on your glaze and let that melt on for an additional 30 minutes.
Take your ham off the smoker, and get ready to slice into the best ham you’ve ever had!
You can use the pan drippings for even more amazing flavour! Enjoy!
