Caribbean Pineapple Honey Glazed Ham

- 12-15 lbs Johnston's Ham
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple rings
- 1 small can maraschino cherries
- Toothpicks to hold pineapple and cherries in place
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups honey
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 Tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp allspice optional
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp clove
Preheat oven to 350°F
Bake ham for 1 hour 45 minutes
In a sauce pan, mix sauce ingredients and bring to a boil under slow heat. Stir frequently until it becomes a syrup
After 1 hour and 45 minutes, take ham out and decorate with pineapple and cherries
Glaze ham every 10 minutes for the next 30 minutes
